Your School's Data is 100% Encrypted Before Leaving Your Device
When you enter fee collections, student details, dues, or phone numbers in CommandCenter, they are converted into unbreakable cipher code through End-to-End Encryption (E2EE). Even TBATECH cannot read your data.
Every Single Metric is Shielded
Here is what stays strictly private between your school and your screens
Fee Collections
Daily, monthly, and online fee transaction amounts are fully masked with end-to-end cryptographic ciphers.
Student Names & Records
Student identities, admissions, and family background are encoded before sending them to the cloud.
Parent Phone Numbers
Phone numbers and WhatsApp logs are protected to eliminate any risk of marketing spam or leaks.
Pending Dues & Balances
Confidential financial arrears and balance ledgers are accessible solely by your authorized accounts staff.
Zero-Knowledge Guarantee: Even TBATECH Cannot Read It
In standard cloud software, companies hold keys to your database. In CommandCenter by TBATECH, encryption keys are created solely on your school's device. Our database servers only receive jumbled unreadable characters. Neither our developers nor server admins can inspect your financial or student data.
How E2EE Works (In Plain Words)
No technical jargon. Here is how your school stays secure
You Enter School Info
You type: "Aman Sharma paid ₹10,000" in the CommandCenter app.
Device Locks the Data
Your phone/laptop turns it into unreadable gibberish: #9x$!@98aLK20mQ using your secret private key.
Safe on Server
Only the locked gibberish is stored in the cloud. Only your school's authorized password can unlock and read it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about CommandCenter E2EE
What happens if I forget my password?
Because we use Zero-Knowledge architecture, only you hold the decryption keys. If you lose your password, you can use the recovery phrase generated at setup. TBATECH support cannot recover it for you — this is by design, to protect your privacy.
Is my data backed up if my device is lost?
Yes. Your encrypted data is safely stored on our servers. Since it's encrypted, you can restore it on a new device — as long as you have your recovery credentials.
Can government or legal authorities request my data?
They can request it, but we can only provide encrypted cipher text — never readable student or financial data. That's the point of end-to-end encryption.
Does E2EE slow down the app?
No. Modern encryption on your device adds only milliseconds — you won't notice any lag in your daily workflow.
